Re-uninstall the game. Then delete the cache by going to Explorer tools/ internet options. Delete cookies, delete files, clear history.
You need to get rid of every trace of the game before re-down loading. I would also suggest a search in registry to remove anything that says dialsoft ot T4C, but only if comfortable working in the registry.
I had system Mechanic years ago and got rid of it. It has a habit of changing things that I did not want changed. For example turning on auto-updates after I turned it off. |

....spoke too soon. I can get launch screen up, but having problems when trying to dl patches. I dont know a whole lot about computers, and I'm getting an error. (Error 12029)" Failed to send GET request for file/webpatch/mandatory/gamefile/V2data02.dda_on site www.the4thcoming.net" Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I deleted my anti-virus program, and now I can dl and run game normal.....any of you run iolo system mechanic? I'd like to keep the program, but if I cant play t4c, it's gotta go  . Thanks for all the advice |

| Try deleting the shortcut from desktop. Then go to my computer find program files then Dialsoft then find the start Icon and try running from in there. |

| I am running windows xp on this one. I check the T4C folder, in C:\program files\dialsoft, but cant locate program. I completely deleted all files and tried to reinstall, but having no success so far. I dl client, run T4CClient.EXE, but then that's it. When I try to do initial launch to game, all it says is...." The item 'T4C.EXE' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly".....dont know where to start now. |

What operating system are you running? Where are you looking for T4C.EXE?
Don't forget its now a DialSoft product and it installs in C:\Program Files\Dialsoft, or other folder if you had changed it in the installer.

No, I didnt realize the IP addy was changed, but I cant even get that far. First thing I did was re-download client. When I run installer, it doesnt have a t4c icon on desktop, just a blue windows symbol. When I try to click on it, pc tells me cannot locate t4c.exe. I even tried taking it from my laptop on a stick, and putting it in folder, but notta. I'm stuck  |

| Hey all. It would appear that I have a major problem with T4c. It seems that I have lost t4c.exe, but cant get it back. I even totally deleted and tried to reinstall, but notta. Anyone have this happen, or maybe have an idea? |
