how may i re-enter my credit card info - if the billing is still automatic. I'm pending payment status now and cannot re-enter my card info. Further more i cant enter vip area now due to being pending payment not active.
Please leme know what to do.

|I presume this only applies to people making a payment. For example, I pay a year at a time and am good for awhile. So I will be unaffected until I need to renew, correct?|

|Part of the move the Grapevine business required us to change Credit Card processing services. We were using an older server and had to switch (times are updating.)|
The new vendor requires that we get the Credit Card CVS number (that 3 digit number on the back of the card.)
We haven't processed payments on accounts for the past 6 weeks, so that will be free time
However, in the next couple of days, all the Credit Card information on accounts will be cleared and you will have to re-enter it to become Gold members again. I realize this is a pain, and apologize.
Don't submit any payment info until you have to, I have to make a new field in the application to take the CVS info.
