I found a Vagrant Warrior at a camp between Wirewood Savages and the Enchantress (SE of the lake where you find the Water Elemental).

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Oh..hello?

{Vagrant Warrior}":" I'm looking for someone or was it something? or somewhere? Though it's rather hard to find anything when I can't "see"!

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Yes, I am blind. It's a long story, and I don't remember enough to explain it. Those damned "guards" didn't help much though.

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Yeah, they chased me right out of Mylanthia and I was forced to take refuge here. Maybe you can find out why?

Go to Mylanthia bar and talk to the Retired General:

{Retired General}":" Heya, care to sit down and have a drink?

{Retired General}":" Yeah there was a fighter here just a few hours ago. He seemed badly hurt but why should I care? Unless of course you buy another round of ale... *hic*

Buy a beer and drink it then talk to the Retired General:

{Retired General}":" Ahh good, I needed a drink. It looked almost like he got into a bout with "trogg". My guards and I chased him out of here. Now go before we do the same to you!

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Oh that big green thing? I was in the area looking for something when I was ambushed by "Trogg" and his gang. They kept me captive for what seemed like months. Maybe there was someone in the area that saw what happened?

Go to Tranden Planewalker (OM maze):

{Tranden Planewalker}":" Months ago I heard some screaming and grunting that sounded like Trogg was up to something again. He had someone captive and roughed him up pretty badly. Didn't get a good look at the captive but he looked like a high ranking official. I wonder whatever happened to him.

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Oh, that's right! I meant to go see Tranden Planewalker. Why did I want to do that I wonder? How did I end up at Trogg instead? I smell a "rat"!

{Vagrant Warrior}":" The last thing I recall before being captured was being really angry at a really uncooperative fellow who I thought could have been of some assistance to me. I think he might have been responsible for me ending up where I did.

Talk to the yellow robed Meluvar Trancendus in SC Temple:

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Good, here is what I have to sell.

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Yeah, what about him? I "taught" him a thing or two! Ha ha ha... He wanted me to teach him my famous "teleport" spell. He said he wanted it to make it easier to gather "supplies" for his army. I refused and sent him to my master, Tranden Planewalker.

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Oh my I think my spell went awry!! There are imposters in the temple, I am the true Melvar! Shall I "teleport" you or do you wish to "buy" from my goods?

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Yes, he wanted me to teach him my spells. As if I would teach them to just anybody for free. I helped him though, even if it wasn't the help he was "hoping" for... ha ha ha ha!

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Now you want me to help you? Why does nobody ever "offer" to help me?

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Even mighty mages need some help. I never have the time to leave this temple anymore and some bastards came and knocked down my beautiful temple "doors". It gets chilly in here at night you know?

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Do you want to help me repair them? I've seen people running in and out of here with some wood from a demon tree. Go bring me some, that might be a good material to rebuild my doors with.

Get a Demon wood then talk to Meluvar:

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" No, no, no! This stuff is rubbish. It won't do at all. They will get knocked down again in an instant. Go bring me some blanchwood instead. Hopefully it will be a better material.

Get a Blanchwood then talk to Meluvar:

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" I knew it! Rubbish! Go get me some iron instead. If I have to I will collapse the roof down around our heads. That will surely close the entrance.

Get an iron bar go back to Meluvar and say:

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Yes! This looks promising. It won't be easy though but maybe one day I can use it to rebuild my precious doors. Ok you helped me, what was it you wanted from me again?

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Ha ha ha ha! I really taught him a lesson. I told him I was sending him to my master, Tranden Planewalker, but instead I sent him off course a little bit. "Trogg" should have got quite the surprise with what turned up in his camp. Ha hahahah...

{Meluvar Trancendus}":" Heh heh..so I may have sent him off course a little bit. No big deal. Well its no concern of mine, but I wonder if he ever did find an easier way to supply his "army".

Go back to the Vagrant Warrior:

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Oh I remember a goblin "war" now, but where was it? An army can't function without the proper supplies. My partner in command and I were trying to gather up supplies around this island for the big fight against the "goblins". I wonder how the war turned out.

Go to Windhowl and talk to George (building opposite bar):

{George}":" Damn those goblins

{George}":" Ahh it was a good battle, not so good for my comrade I'm afraid. My memory is a little shattered but I'll tell you what I remember from that horrid day. A couple years back I was the assistant to the great commander William in the war against those nasty goblins. Victory was in our hands until that damned goblin captain and his army of trolls raided our entire supply of weapons and potions. Would you like to hear "more"?

{George}":" Our army was asleep while it happened so we were caught off guard. By the time we awoke, all our supplies had vanished. There was a small group of trolls hiding out in the corner of our camp and they attacked us just as we were waking up. I was lucky, but unfortunately William was not. I heard he suffered some brain and facial damage. If you see him, please let him know that he is welcome in "Windhowl" any time.

{Vagrant Warrior}":" What?! The war is still going on?? Oh that's terrible news. I wish I could go back to help them but I'm afraid they would never accept me back after my "failure".

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Maybe it wasn't my fault exactly but I was the one in charge and I am responsible for the failure. All may not be "lost" though.

{Vagrant Warrior}":" Go talk to Lars Trueforge, he may still have some of the "secret" weapons that I was searching for. They will surely help you in the battle against those goblins.

Go to Lars Tureforge (Crafting Guild on GW) and say secret.
