Hi there,

how may i re-enter my credit card info - if the billing is still automatic. I'm pending payment status now and cannot re-enter my card info. Further more i cant enter vip area now due to being pending payment not active.

Please leme know what to do.

Avatar I presume this only applies to people making a payment. For example, I pay a year at a time and am good for awhile. So I will be unaffected until I need to renew, correct?

Avatar Part of the move the Grapevine business required us to change Credit Card processing services. We were using an older server and had to switch (times are updating.)

The new vendor requires that we get the Credit Card CVS number (that 3 digit number on the back of the card.)

We haven't processed payments on accounts for the past 6 weeks, so that will be free time :bounce:

However, in the next couple of days, all the Credit Card information on accounts will be cleared and you will have to re-enter it to become Gold members again. I realize this is a pain, and apologize.

Don't submit any payment info until you have to, I have to make a new field in the application to take the CVS info.
